Hey, two updates in one month. Great job fat ass.
To say this has been a crazy month is an understatement. You know when you wake up and start your day running errands and your running around so much that you look at your watch and realise you need to get home to make dinner and you're wondering where the day went. That's been my month.
If I have to some up the month in one word it would be Hockey. My sons' team had their playoffs and went 3-0-1. They have a semi-final game coming up next weekend and hopefully the championship game after that. We also had a Tournament in Chelsea, MI which was grueling, but a lot of fun.
I think I'm finally getting over this illness. It came back strong and we were lock in mortal combat for about two weeks, but I think I finally have it on the run. I'm feeling better and I'm able to concentrate on work and actually get shit done. I had some commercial art jobs come up and that's what took me away from GAPO for so long. That's all done (for about the next few weeks anyway) and I'm really hoping to get things back on track here.
Finally, for any of you that are in the Metro Detroit area, I have my very first gallery show starting tonight at the Rivers Edge Gallery. Come on down and check out art from myself along side the art of Jay P. Fosgitt, Jay Shimko, Katie Cook, Bill Pulkovski and Bruce Gerlach. This bunch art extremely talented and I consider myself luck to be able to call them my friends. They'll be drinks and snacks and a guaranteed good time.
