Hey all. just wanted to apologies for my silence on this blog. I've been working hard on finishing up the Chiller Drive in comic and all the extra "no artistic" stuff is very time consuming. Who new publishing comics was actual work.

Sorry for the lack of updates here lately, but there is lots of stuff going on right now. Lots of stuff. I just can't talk about it all just yet. But needless to say; I've been extremely busy.

I can tell you that work is nearly complete on the Wolfman Mac's Chiller Drive-In comic. You know, the one based on the nationally syndicated television show seen across the country on RTV. There will be a major announcement concerning this book coming soon. There will also be some other BIG announcements coming from me in the next couple of months. I can't wait to spill the beans on this stuff, but I just can't. But feel free to speculate and rumor monger all you want.

And for those of you who were so excited about GAPO the Clown reaching the 500th strip mark, you can now own your very own print of the Celebrating #500 comic strip. Just head over to the Gapo Store and order one today. If you you put in a little note asking for one, I just might do a GAPO head sketch on there as well.

GAPO the Clown 2.0

It's finally happened! Gapotheclown.com has finally been updated. Gone are the endless (okay forty-four) pages you needed to sift through in the archive just to find that one strip from October of 2007 you've been telling your buddy about. Gone is the inability to find that link to that awesome interview given by GAPO's hansom creator. We're entering a new age, baby! Yes we here at gapotheclown.com have finally caught up with 2006 technology and made a more user friendly web site. You will now be able to click through to past strips with the arrows conveniently located just below the new strip. There's even a calendar so you can go directly to the day that you may have missed a strip. Or, you can use the pull down menu to go right to your favorite story line. There's even a blog archive so you can go back and read my past ramblings and see what promises I failed to deliver on. Now there will be some bumps along the way. I'm an old man and technology scares me, so I only just started learning how to use the program that the site now runs on. But, by God, it's so much better then it used to be. I'd like to thank Brenda K. from www.geektress.com for all her help. She built the site from the ruins I had and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. So, check out the new site, take it for a test drive and enjoy the shinny new features and new site smell. Because in a few weeks all that will be gone it it will just smell like farts.

Moving Forward

So the new story line is now underway. The big five hundredth strip is behind us. So what do we have to look forward to from the clown now? Well, something special is in the works. I should have something BIG to announce in a couple of weeks. Maybe a couple of things. I'll also be updating my convention list for 2010. And for those of you that are interested I will be adding a print of the Celebrating #500 comic strip to the GAPO the Clown store, so check back for that.
